Вынесение
вопроса
Инициатор выносит вопрос на КО, прикладывает пояснительную записку к вопросу с проектом предлагаемого решения. Также инициатор имеет возможность прописать пункты поручения для исполнителей.
Согласование
вопроса
При вынесении инициатор указывает маршрут согласования и подписанта вопроса. Имеется возможность как предоставить сотрудникам самим выбирать маршрут, так и зафиксировать согласущих и подписанта вопросов.
Планирование
Заседаний
Секретарь Заседания Коллегиальнх органов управления может выносить на рассмотрение только согласованные и подписанные вопросы для добавления в повестку Заседания. Также секретарь может формировать очередность.
Настроенный
механизм голосования
После начала Заседания каждый вопрос с пояснительной запиской и предлагаемым решением приходит на голосования участникам Заседания для голосования с применением ЭЦП. Голосования проводятся в электронном виде прямо в системе Documentolog. Варианты голосования: «За», «Против», «Воздержался».
Оформление
протоколов и выписок
По результатам голосования автоматически формируется выписка по каждому вопросу, а также Протокол заседания. Все принятые решения по рассмотренным на Заседании вопросам записываются в Протокол. Протокол подписывается секретарем и участниками Заседания.
Контроль исполнения
принятых решений
Создание поручений по Протоколу осуществляется автоматически на каждого исполнителя. После исполнения всех поручений Протокола, процесс завершается. Мониторинг протокольных поручений конфигурируется согласно требованиям Заказчика.
