How to Register an Electronic Employment Contract?

How to Sign an Electronic Employment Contract

The employee will receive a notification about the new incoming document in their email and can easily sign the contract electronically. Documentolog allows signing with a digital signature (ECD) as well as QR Egov-mobile within Kazakhstan. The electronic digital signature guarantees the legal significance of the document, and electronic documents are fully legitimate and comply with the requirements of the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For non-residents, signing is possible through Adobe Sign.

Integration with Enbek.kz

After mutual signing of the contract, the documents are automatically sent to the ESUTD RK Enbek.kz interface.
EDI clients can conclude employment contracts with their employees electronically and immediately send them to the ESUTD (Unified System for Labor Contract Registration) directly from the system interface.

Currently, all employers in Kazakhstan are required to timely submit information about the conclusion and termination of employment contracts with employees and other important data to the ESUTD (Law No. 321-VI ZRK of May 4, 2020).

According to the Law, information about the conclusion of an employment contract must be submitted to the ESUTD within 5 working days, termination information within 3 working days, and changes to the contract within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the supplementary agreement.
