We would like to inform you that today, September 11, 2021, due to the implementation of the Doculite 2.17.2 patch update, the service will be unavailable from 21:00 to 06:00 hours.

Documentolog announces the launch of the Doculite.com service, which will enable Kazakhstani companies and individuals to exchange electronic documents with the entire world.

Now Documentolog EDS users can send electronic documents to any legal or natural persons, regardless of whether they use Documentolog's services.

The Russian company LLC "RAIL EXPERT" and the Kazakh company "Documentolog" facilitated the exchange of legally significant electronic documents between organizations from Russia and Kazakhstan.

Ten banks are participating in the program, and an electronic application form has been implemented in the Doculite electronic document management system, which is integrated with the Damu Fund's information system. The process is as follows: after the application is approved by the Damu Fund, an outgoing letter is automatically generated containing all the information regarding the application for fund disbursement from the authorized bank. The signed letter is then automatically sent to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the authorized bank.
