What are the differences between Doculite Free, Doculite Business, and Documentolog Platform tariffs?

Documents signed in the Doculite and Documentolog systems can always be downloaded and checked for legal significance using the ezSigner service. The service verifies the validity of the electronic digital signature (EDS) on the electronic document, information about the signatories, the individual identification number (IIN), the business identification number (BIN) of the company, the date of signing, and more.

According to our clients, the issue lies in the fact that many counterparties do not use electronic document management services, which forces them to send documents on paper. Accepting this challenge, we have developed a feature that allows our clients to send documents electronically to any counterparties, even those who are not registered with electronic document management services.

To simplify the control of document execution with counterparties in the Documentolog system, we have implemented an additional feature called 'Document Tracking at Recipient'.

A new Doculite Business plan has been added, which is an extended and updated version of the Doculite Pro plan. Doculite Business allows for the automation of internal processes and enables the service to be used as a full-fledged electronic document management system.
