The University management began selecting an electronic document management system in early 2022. The goal is to automate document flow to enhance the efficiency of internal and external processes of the university.

1. Enhanced functionality for purchasing tariffs/services: 1.1. Changes have been made to the Doculite Business tariff for new users: the tariff now includes document exchange with government agencies only through forwarding. Direct document exchange with government agencies without forwarding is available only for those users who have already purchased this service.

Organizations in media and the arts are also transitioning to electronic document management. One such client is the State Academic Philharmonic of the Akimat of Astana. The Philharmonic is one of the leading concert and educational institutions in the city, uniting more than 10 creative teams and engaging in diverse concert and musical activities.

We inform you that today, April 29, 2022, due to the patch update work for Doculite.kz 3.1, the Doculite.kz service will be unavailable from 21:00 to 06:00 hours.

Thanks to the functionality, Documentolog users can interact with any counterparties, including those who do not use electronic document management services.
