 549 requests were received from current customers through the Documentolog customer’s Personal Account, of which 419 (76%) were completed on time, 29 applications are expected to receive additional information, 4 applications have been submitted to the development department, 97 applications are still in operation;

 4.91 - the average score on the execution of applications, delivered last week by our customers in the Personal Account;

 202 information security events were recorded. Of them:

- 73 hacking attempts,

- 129 events of analysis and search for vulnerabilities in our network.

All actions of cybercriminals were successfully prevented.

 Kazakhtelecom JSC recorded a record increase in data transfer traffic;
