With the release of Doculite 2.12 and above, the 'Contact Support' module is available in the system interface (see the question mark). This module allows you to submit a ticket to Doculite Technical Support with a detailed description of the issue, and you can upload supporting screenshots and other information if necessary.

This procedure allows for the verification of the authenticity of documents issued in Kazakhstan for acceptance abroad. Thanks to this service, citizens of Kazakhstan will be able to apply for the service from the comfort of their homes.

When working in the Doculite system, there are situations where it is necessary to send a document or sign a contract with a contractor who is not registered on the service.

The solution allows for the automated collection of all data on income and expense items for a specific period (quarter or year) in electronic form.

1. If the mobile app is installed, the document link opens in the mobile app. 2. If the user registered through social networks, signing the Offer is not required immediately, but is suggested when signing the first document.

The Documentolog user personal account has been updated to version 2.0. With the new release of the Personal Account, the process of submitting requests will be gradually transferred to the Documentolog EDS interface.
