Since February 2021, the Academy has implemented the Documentolog system to digitize its business processes. The goal of transitioning to an electronic document management system (EDMS) is to reduce paper document flow and enable official correspondence with government agencies of Kazakhstan in electronic form.

Recently, Amway has provided the opportunity for Kazakhstani Independent Entrepreneurs to sign work completion acts (WCA) and invoices electronically when interacting with Amway. This service is offered free of charge through the Doculite service for all Amway contractors.

We would like to inform you that today, July 16, 2021, due to the update work for Doculite patch 2.16.2, the service will be unavailable from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

To do this, when filling in the recipient's details, it is necessary to enter their mobile phone number, to which the system will automatically send a short link to the document and an access code for viewing.

Last Sunday, July 4th, the Documentolog team held an off-site team-building event that began with an official segment. We reviewed the results of our work for the first half of 2021, which has been fruitful for the company.

1. A form for inviting non-residents: legal entities and individuals has been added to the outgoing document in the 'Other Countries' tab of recipients. 2. In the 'Other Countries' directories, clicking the 'Invite Counterparty' button displays the invitation form for non-residents.
