The update introduces the ability to join a company using an electronic signature (EСP). Employees can now join using their employee EСP on the registration page. The signing process has been improved with a new GOST 2015 certificate for integration with the ESF information system. For more details about the release, see the publication.

In March 2023, the Documentolog team launched a complex system in just one working day, ensuring the continuous operation of all departments within the Ministry of Internal Affairs. When choosing to sign documents via SMS, we verify the phone number's association with the individual identification number (IIN) in the Mobile Citizens Database. This ensures that the signature is made directly by the owner of the number.

Users of all Documentolog products now have access to an improved service interface. Finding and obtaining digital services has become easier and more convenient.

In this update, we implemented the ability to send documents for SMS signing in contracts and refined the document types AVR and Invoice (including services from Amway, Nestle, and WoodKSS).
