One of the key changes is the recognition of the simple electronic signature (SES), alongside the digital signature. Now, private entrepreneurs can use SES when interacting with foreigners and foreign companies.

Registering a new company: You only need the contact details and BIN of your organization. It's simple and quick. Joining a registered company: Employees can join using their employee's digital signature on the registration page. To register as a system administrator, a digital signature with signing rights is required.

The update introduces the ability to join a company using an electronic signature (EСP). Employees can now join using their employee EСP on the registration page.
