New Features
For System Users
- The «Import» button in the reference journal is hidden for users and is only displayed for administrators.
- The «Delete» button in the reference journal is hidden, as well as checkboxes next to reference items if the user does not have permission to delete values from this reference.
- Automatic updating of view indicators in the sidebar.
- A «Registration Date» column (system field) has been added to the «Archive» module journal.
- The ability to download an attached file before saving the document (in edit mode) has been added.
- The function for transferring cases upon employee dismissal or transfer to another position has been improved.
- The text editor for the Text type field has been enhanced: options for paragraph, bold, italic, tabulation, line spacing, text color, and background color have been added.
- Clicking on the view name in the My Documents journal now updates all indicators in groupings and the main viewing area of the journal.
- The ability has been added: when selecting a department in the Structure type field, all users are populated in the field (even if there are other departments within this department).
- The time tracking sheet has been improved: the ability to set weekends for all employees, business trips, termination of employment contracts, empty day values, totals, and the ability to delete employees individually has been added.
- The functionality for displaying QR codes in printed form templates in DOCX and PDF formats has been implemented.
- The display of Decisions in the exported document template in MS Word has been changed (to a list format).
- The display of the list of document types when clicking on «+» in journals has been disabled if there is only one document type in the journal.
- The display of document and reference journals has been improved: single-line, double-line, and triple-line display options have been added.
- In the Blog Module, view counts are disabled if the author of the blog post is accessing it.
- The ability to check for duplicate documents across multiple fields has been added, along with counters for duplicate registration numbers.
For System Administrators
- An Author field has been added in the Trash.
- The ability has been added: when selecting a department in the Structure type field, all users are populated in the field (even if there are other departments within this department), this functionality can be enabled or disabled in the admin panel.
- The Notification action has been improved: the option to specify in «Send notification on behalf of» not only the Current user and Author but also other Structure type fields has been added.
- The functionality for displaying QR codes in printed form templates in DOCX and PDF formats has been implemented.
- The functionality for calculating the number of days - the difference between two Date type fields has been implemented.
- In the Structure type field, a «Display Type» selection has been added: not selected (remains as is), link to reference, link to profile, no link.
- The substitution of field values in DOCX format templates uploaded in the file type field has been implemented.
- The display of the Settings page in the admin panel has been changed: tabs have been added, and all labels have been translated into Russian.
- In the reference type field in the filter, a variable «Departments» has been added.
- In the reference type field, an option «Disable link» has been added.
- An option «save sent email on the server» (synchronization of the «sent» folder via IMAP) has been added.
- In the Structure type field, an «Auto-fill» parameter has been added, similar to the reference type field.

Fixed Bugs
- Fixed an error when generating the time tracking sheet for multiple departments.
- When selecting a user group in the admin panel in Structure type values, the dialog box should display updated group values.
- Fixed an overflow of events regarding logins/logouts in the Documentolog Event Log by the Agent.
- Fixed an error: filter results were displayed incorrectly in the dialog box of the Structure type field.
- Fixed an error: when exporting the journal to MS Excel, the «Days Remaining» field was displayed as a date.
- Fixed an error: changes to departments made by the administrator through the Departments reference were not updated.
- Fixed an error: when filling in default comments in the admin panel in several action options, Decisions, comments for the user were displayed in a row.
- Fixed an error: the label in the email was black, while the email with this label was a different color.
