Therefore, we are launching the Documentolog EDS Support Center, so that every client can independently find answers to their questions at any time and access information that will be useful for their work in the system.

Since the beginning of the year, we have set ourselves the task of making it easier for our clients to resolve issues that arise when working with our solutions. Therefore, we are launching the Documentolog EDS Support Center, so that every client can independently find answers to their questions at any time and access information that will be useful for their work in the system.
The Support Center contains answers to the most frequently asked questions from clients. As our solutions are updated, the answers will be constantly supplemented. This way, users can find answers directly in the system online at any convenient time, without contacting the Support Service.
❓What opportunities does the Support Center offer?
? New search - allows for more precise searching for answers to client questions.
? Clear and accessible interface. We have redesigned the layout to make it more user-friendly for clients.
? Clients can evaluate the usefulness of answers from the Knowledge Base, providing feedback on how helpful the answer was. We will constantly analyze this information and update the content accordingly.
?Clients can rate the responses from Support Service employees on a 5-point scale. This will help identify shortcomings and work on their resolution.
The new Support Center in EDS will be available in releases 7.8.16 and 7.12.4 and above.
