? We completed the update of Documentolog EDM for our clients to the release of Documentolog 7.4.11. 

? We transitioned Beeline from the Doculite service to the Documentolog electronic document management system. This is an example of how the company tried the basic functionality to automate its processes, felt and appreciated the effect of transitioning to an electronic format of work, and moved to a full-fledged Documentolog system. We will share details of this case soon.

? The head of state signed a law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation of Digital Technologies”.   

“This is a very important document for the industry, which contains 240 amendments aimed at expanding the application and further implementation of digital technologies in Kazakhstan. Essentially, it harmonizes legislation with the demands of the time. I have already mentioned that this law grants digital documents legal force, which means that after the approval of the relevant subordinate acts, they can be presented on par with paper documents,” noted Askar Zhumagaliev, Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The EPIIR of the government has combined all government agency websites, becoming a single window for obtaining information and interaction. A significant step in facilitating interaction between citizens and the state. For legal entities, legitimate interaction and document exchange with government agencies is available through the Doculite.kz service. 

?Polyclinics will go online. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry, together with the Chocofamily holding, announced the launch of a new service on the iDoctor.kz platform — free online consultations with polyclinic doctors. This initiative aims to meet citizens' needs for qualified primary medical care during quarantine.

?A large-scale project “Digital Education” is starting in Kazakhstan. The project aims to develop basic IT competencies among citizens, scale the experience of leading universities to regional universities and colleges, activate work on updating educational programs in accordance with new professional standards, targeted training of IT personnel, and interdisciplinary IT training for workers in other fields. It is planned that more than 400,000 people will be trained annually under the project.

?Advertisers boycott Facebook, company shares drop. On June 26, 2020, Facebook shares on the American Nasdaq exchange fell by nearly 8.3% — from $232 to $216. This happened after dozens of major advertisers effectively announced a boycott of the social network.
