Doculite Updated to Version 2.11

1.  Zoom conferences can now be created from the Doculite interface.

2.  Doculite pricing has been updated (old pricing purchased by users will remain valid until their expiration date).

3.  Social media registration is now displayed on the registration page; after registration, signing the Offer is not required immediately, it will be suggested when signing the first document.

4.  The choice of "Individual Entrepreneur or Legal Entity" during authorization has been changed and implemented as radio buttons.

5.  The feedback form has been moved to the first page with categories of questions.

6.  The document now includes the ability to export a container in zip format with attachments, signed with a hash, and generated signatures (the original electronic document for users to store on their devices, as well as to verify the validity of the signed document in Doculite).

7.  A service for checking the validity of exported document containers from Doculite has been implemented on the website.

8.  The ability to download with an electronic signature for MS Excel files has been implemented.

9.  In requests and incoming documents, as well as in logs, an optional field "Execution Deadline" has been added for monitoring execution.

10.  In contracts, the ability to add multiple signatories from one counterparty has been added.

11.  In contracts, the ability to create a subtype "Additional Agreement" linked to contracts has been added.

12.  In contracts, the ability to change the registration number for company administrators has been added.

13.  In the Act of Completed Works and Invoice, the ability to store the details entered by the author of the counterparties for subsequent auto-filling in new documents has been added.

14.  A mask has been added to the date field in the Invoice.

15.  The ability to edit the registration number counters for company administrators has been added.

16.  The email notification for the arrival of a new document has been improved.

17.  In the "My Documents" module, the "Sender" column has been renamed to "Counterparty", which records: if the outgoing document - the recipient, if the incoming document - the sender, if internal - the author.

18.  An error with returning to the original log from the document using the "Back" button has been fixed.

19.  An error in the functionality of exporting logs to Excel has been fixed.
