Earlier, we announced the launch of the new Doculite Business tariff. Starting from April 1, our services are provided under three main tariffs - electronic document management in Kazakhstan: 

- Doculite Free,

- Doculite Business,

- Documentolog Platform.


What services do the tariffs include and how do they differ? 

Doculite Free - the most basic tariff. It is provided for free for both individuals and legal entities. For legal entities, it includes the following features:

- unlimited received documents;

- up to 5 sent documents per month,

- signing contracts/labor agreements,

- working with internal documents, requests from individuals, acts, invoices, and other documents. 

- built-in free correspondence with government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan via forwarding, 

- sending documents to any counterparties via email or SMS, including counterparties not registered in the system or located abroad,

- verification of the authenticity of the electronic signature on the ezSigner service.

Registration in the system takes no more than 5 minutes.


Doculite Business - a cloud-based document management system, suitable for small companies (up to 30 employees) wishing to transition their document work to an electronic format and start using the system quickly. It includes all the features of Doculite Free. However, it differs with the following advantages:

- the ability to send an unlimited number of documents, 

- integration with Enbek.kz for sending information about labor contracts,

- the ability for internal document approval, 

- access distribution by groups, roles, and users,

- the possibility of integration with other information systems.

All services are provided for just 950 tenge per user per month. Payment for the tariff is available online in the system. Registration in the system takes no more than 10 minutes.


Documentolog Platform - a full-fledged electronic document management system. It allows for the automation of any business processes for large and medium-sized companies, including general document management processes, HR, financial, and other processes. Direct document exchange with government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan is also available.

The number of users working in the system is unlimited. To connect the system, a contract must be signed.

Depending on the number of users, goals, and workload, you can choose the package that suits you and automate any processes. All information about prices and services is available at the link.
