Since the transition to Documentolog, the university has concluded about 10,000 contracts through the system, with over 1,800 documents signed in electronic format just this year. There is no longer a need to wait for the delivery of paper copies or to find storage space for them, as all data is securely stored in digital form. This approach minimizes the risks of document loss and ensures instant access to them, speeding up the completion of work tasks and simplifying the control process.

Department heads can check the status of task completion in real-time, ensuring transparency and facilitating more efficient management.
