Guide to installing and using the “Bitrix24 x Documentolog Business Integration” application

This guide is intended for users who wish to install and configure the 'Bitrix24 x Documentolog Business Integration' application. The document provides a step-by-step algorithm to help configure the integration and start transferring documents from Bitrix24 to the Documentolog Business system for subsequent signing and tracking.

1. Install the “Bitrix24 x Documentolog” application in your Bitrix24 account.

2. Go to the applications menu, select “Documentolog APP” and open it.

3. On the opened page, click the “Start for free” button.

4. Log in to the Documentolog Business system or register if you don’t have an account.

5. In the CRM module, open the deal. Go to the “More” section and select Documentolog.

6. In the list, select the required document and click “Send”. Allow pop-ups and redirection to Documentolog (only required during the first send).

7. After being redirected to Documentolog, choose a convenient way to send the document to the counterparty for signing.

8. Your document has now been successfully sent for signing!

9. You can track the status of your deal in real-time in the deal card.
