JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Real Estate Fund"

The Joint Stock Company "Samruk-Kazyna Real Estate Fund" (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) was established on March 6, 2009. The sole shareholder of the Real Estate Fund is JSC "Samruk-Kazyna". The Real Estate Fund acts as the operator of the Anti-Crisis Program and the "Nurly Zher" Program in the areas of rental and commercial housing, and through its subsidiary, implements the "Green Quarter" project in the city of Astana.

In 2017, a decision was made to implement the Documentolog electronic document management system to optimize the Fund's operations and enhance employee productivity.

The main tasks were identified:

• Transition of the Fund's document-oriented business processes to electronic format;
• Reduction of document delivery and review time, leading to faster decision-making on key management issues;
• Provision of the ability to create and modify business processes without programming;
• Ensuring document security through access restrictions to all system objects;
• Monitoring the timeliness of task completion;
• Ensuring transparency and control over employee performance discipline;
• Elimination of costs and risks associated with working with paper documents;
• Improvement of employee efficiency and responsiveness.

To achieve the set objectives, Documentolog implemented the following solutions:

• General document flow;
• Contract management;
• 360-degree employee evaluation;
• Collaborative work on documents;
• Meetings of Collegial Management Bodies;
• Management of Internal Regulatory Documentation, including testing;
• Service Desk;
• Electronic Archive.

Additionally, to organize a paperless environment and legitimate electronic correspondence with external counterparties, the Fund was connected to the Kazakh Center for Electronic Document Exchange Doc24.kz.
