The Development of the BPM Module for Documentolog is Complete

That is why we have developed BPM functionality for the Documentolog system, which provides:

- Business Process Modeling 

A special editor is used for modeling business processes, where elements such as tasks, decisions, notifications, and others are represented as graphical objects. Here, connections between the necessary elements are established, performers or responsible parties are assigned, and the process route is built. 

Designing in the editor is done according to the latest version of the BPMN 2.0 notation – a standard for using conditional graphical symbols to describe business processes.

- Business Process Automation

The automation of the execution of a specific business process is carried out according to its graphical model. From the starting event, following the chain of transitions, to the final result.

- Monitoring 

The ability to monitor business processes and their individual stages is provided in the system navigator for regular tracking of the progress of documents and tasks. 

- Control of Business Process Execution

The ability to track and adjust the chain of events within the process to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the process according to its purpose.
