The First Project of Implementing Documentolog as SaaS with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs 'Atameken' is Completed

The first project of implementing the Documentolog system using SaaS technology with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan «Atameken» has been completed.

The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs «Atameken» is an association of the Kazakhstani business community in the form of a non-profit organization. The Chamber was established to coordinate entrepreneurial activities and to represent and protect the common property and other legal interests of its members. 

In 2012, due to the increasing volume of information processed by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs «Atameken» and the lack of flexible means of information exchange with its members, there arose an urgent need for automating document management and regulating relationships with Chamber members. To address these issues, Newinttech offered its product, the Documentolog EDMS, which fully met the Client's requirements.

Thus, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs «Atameken» became our first client to use a cloud-based document management automation solution based on Documentolog, offered under the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Within one month, an analysis of the main existing business processes of the company was conducted, and the Documentolog EDMS was configured. All tasks set were successfully resolved, and the standard document management and the business process of «Issuing Expert Opinions» were successfully automated.
