Launching the #makedocumentologbetter Program

The Documentolog team is always striving to improve the quality of the services we provide, and therefore feedback from our users is especially important. That’s why we are launching the #makedocumentologbetter program.

As part of the program, we will be giving away gifts featuring our branded merchandise to the most proactive and caring users who reach out to us with suggestions for improving our software and services.

How to participate in the program?

To do this, you need to:

? Register at https://doculite.kz as an individual or legal entity (you can choose the free plan). Current users of the Documentolog EDM system can also participate.

? Start using our services: send emails, sign contracts, create polls, and use other services.

? If you find an error or have a suggestion for improving the functionality of our services, you need to make a post on Facebook or Instagram with a description and attach screenshots. In the post, you must include the hashtag #makedocumentologbetter and tag the company @documentolog_official on Instagram or @documentolog on Facebook.

We will definitely analyze your suggestions/comments and provide a response.

Once a quarter, three users who have shown the most activity or have the most interesting suggestions will be selected. Each will receive our branded gifts: a t-shirt/hoodie and a sports bottle/eco-bag.
