Release 4.2.2 Launched

We are pleased to announce the release of Documentolog 4.2.2. In this new release, the specialists at Newinttech have worked on both improving system performance and fixing bugs, as well as developing new functionalities for the Documentolog platform. The new version of the system features a Desktop with the ability to add widgets for quick access to information.

We are pleased to announce the release of Documentolog 4.2.2. In this new release, the specialists at Newinttech have worked on both improving system performance and fixing bugs, as well as developing new functionalities for the Documentolog platform.

The new version of the system features a Desktop with the ability to add widgets for quick access to information. The following widgets have been added by default:

  • Mail: displays notifications about new emails and provides quick access to the mail;
  • RSS Reader: allows you to display headlines and summaries from selected websites on your page;
  • My Calendar: provides quick access to the event calendar for the next three days;
  • My Documents: allows the user to see their documents filtered by a specific parameter;
  • Clock: features large and convenient clocks displaying the time, current date, and day of the week;
  • TODO (task list): a simple and convenient way to keep a to-do list, with the ability to mark completed tasks.

 

All widgets are easily customizable according to the user's preferences and wishes.  

Additionally, to improve usability in the journal, a convenient pagination navigation has been added, providing quick access to  the necessary  information.

Working in the Mail module has also become more convenient, with an improved interface and the addition of Previous and Next (email) buttons, as well as the implementation of filtering for read or unread emails only.

In the new release, the capabilities of the administration panel have been expanded. A Footer field has been added to the Configuration section. Now our clients can quickly insert the necessary information  into the bottom part of the system interface (for example, company name, contact details, and more).
