Release 4.2.0 Launched

We are pleased to announce to all users of the Documentolog system the release of the new version 4.2.0.

In this new release, Newinttech has continued to improve the administration panel, allowing system administrators to quickly and easily configure the system to meet the needs of their organization:

• Versioning of configuration parameters has been added for document types. Thus, by changing the settings of any document type and saving all changes in a new version of the configuration, you can instantly revert to one of the previous versions at any time.
• Integration with an SMS gateway has been implemented. Now, in addition to standard email notifications, there is an option to send SMS notifications.
• A module for editing the Main Menu items has been added.

 

The new version of the system features an editor for mobile browsers, including for iPad. Now you can work in the Documentolog system, create and edit documents using mobile phones and tablets. You will always be connected with your team, regardless of the time of day or time zone.

 

For convenience in the email module, a field for setting up the email template has been added to the user profile. Now, by configuring the email template once, the header and footer in all messages will look the same.

Working in logs has also become more convenient: a color legend has been added, allowing users to quickly orient themselves in current tasks, and the width of the columns can now be changed simply by Drag-and-Drop.
