For system users
- The mail module now includes a progress indicator for mailbox limit filling.
- The Date type field has been enhanced to display two additional subsequent months.
- The author of a group event in the calendar can now delete the event for all participants.
- In all documents in the Workflow, the date of document opening/reading is now displayed.
- The functionality for switching between substitute positions has been moved from Positions to Profile, by clicking on the position located under the user's full name.
- The ability to export documents to PDF has been added.
- Sorting by date (by years, months) in the Journal views has been improved: for example, sorting by 2012 will expand the list and display sorting by months of 2012.
- It is now possible to navigate to a document or directory item directly from the mini view - the document/directory selection window.
For system administrators
- In the Record action for the Structure type field, a parameter to Record Group has been added.
- In the Related Documents table, the ability to set column width (in %) has been added.
- In the journal, the ability to set column width (in %) has been added.
- In the Mail module, the ability for global label settings for all users has been added.
- In the Decision action, the ability to specify mandatory filling of the Comment field has been added.
- The ability to configure sorting by date (by years, months) in the Journal views has been improved: for example, sorting by 2012 will expand the list and display sorting by months of 2012.
- In the properties of the Structure type field, the filter for displaying to the Current user has been improved – for example, limiting the user in selecting Structure elements – only show subordinate employees.
Fixed Bugs
- The notification block did not work in IE8.
- In the mail module, the layout in the mini view of Contacts has been corrected.
- Fixed an issue in the journal where a long journal name did not fit in the header.
- Fixed a bug where new incoming emails were not immediately formed into a chain when the mail module was open.
- Creating recurring events in the Calendar did not work correctly.
- Fixed a bug where after clicking "cancel" in the dialog when leaving an edited document, a notification "Please wait" would hang at the top of the page and not disappear.
- Fixed a bug with the inability to rename My Documents.
- The ability to delete system groups has been disabled.
- Fixed a bug in IE where the birth month in the profile was incorrect.
- Fixed a bug when clicking the export to PDF button.
- Fixed a bug when editing a comment, resulting in an endless "Please wait..." message.
- Quick view of .txt files was displayed incorrectly.
