Capabilities of Doculite Solutions and Documentolog EDS

Last time we examined the differences between the Documentolog and Doculite systems and discussed how to choose between these solutions and what to pay attention to.

Today, we will talk about the functionalities that unite these solutions, meaning those that are present in both the Doculite service and the Documentolog EDS:

The ability to send legitimate documents electronically to counterparties not registered in the ecosystem. Documents can be signed and sent to any individuals or legal entities using the recipient's email or phone number.

The ability to correspond with government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Both solutions allow sending documents to government bodies in an electronically legally significant form.

Checking the status of documents using DocID. You can check information about the senders and recipients of the electronic document, the signing status, and the data of electronic digital signatures by entering the unique document code on the website doculte.kz.

Checking counterparties for reliability. Before signing contracts and exchanging documents electronically, you can check information about the counterparty and assess the safety of cooperation with them.
