Implementation of Documentolog DMS at JSC "Center for Medical Technologies and Information Systems"

LLP "Documentolog" continues to implement solutions based on the Documentolog platform in various Kazakhstani companies. Today we will share another success story - the implementation of Documentolog DMS at JSC "Center for Medical Technologies and Information Systems"!

JSC "CMTIS" provides material and technical, informational, and educational support to the Medical Center of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - Medical Center of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan), of which it is a part.

Due to the large volume of documents in the organization, as well as the size of its structural divisions, employees of JSC "CMTIS" regularly faced problems associated with traditional document management, namely:

• due to the high number of internal document transfers and the need to distribute them among the center's employees, there were frequent delays in execution;
• lack of a document control system led to delays in document distribution, resulting in the loss of valuable working time;
• lack of a unified repository for corporate information, as well as an effective and quick access system to it;
• the procedure for agreeing and signing organizational and administrative documentation in the company took a lot of time.

To address these issues, the management of JSC "CMTIS" decided to implement a high-tech solution for automating document management and business processes. The company Newinttech was chosen as the supplier of such a solution with the Documentolog DMS system. The system fully met the requirements of JSC "CMTIS", the main ones being:

• the ability to work with the system through a web browser;
• the ability to design and create new types of documents, customize their appearance and routing, as well as the ability to configure journals and directories graphically without programming, quickly and efficiently;
• the presence of an internal mail client.

As a result of the implementation of Documentolog DMS at JSC "CMTIS" and 8 other subordinate organizations of the Medical Center of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following results were achieved:

• after transitioning to electronic document management, the document flow in the company was organized, and the time spent on document exchange between the subordinate organizations of the Medical Center of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was significantly reduced;
• thanks to the customizable and fully transparent information flow routing system in Documentolog DMS, the control of information movement in the company reached an optimal level, and delays in document execution practically did not occur;
• against the backdrop of automation and optimization of business processes, there was a general improvement in the quality and accuracy of management decisions in JSC "CMTIS";
• thanks to a reliable and secure unified repository of corporate information, the procedure for searching for information based on a request and obtaining it has been reduced to just a few clicks.

Today, Documentolog DMS is successfully used by more than 200 employees of the subordinate organizations of the Medical Center of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
