Now, when interacting with your counterparties in the Documentolog system, you can check their reliability.

The functionality works as follows: when selecting a correspondent for sending documents or concluding contracts, information about their reliability status is automatically displayed, and the counterparty is marked with a green or red sign depending on their status.

For example, according to the data, the counterparty has been assigned the status of an unreliable supplier. Then, when specifying the counterparty, a red sign will appear next to the company name, and hovering over it will display a notification with a list of all reliability indicators.

The reliability check is carried out based on the following indicators:

* Inactive enterprise;

* Fake enterprise;

* Reorganized in violation of the Tax Code norms;

* Registration deemed invalid;

* Absent at the legal address;

* Bankruptcy;

* Tax and customs payment arrears;

* Unreliable supplier of State Procurement;

* Legal cases mentioning the name of the enterprise.

Information about the status of counterparties is updated through the Doculite service based on the companies' BIN in the databases portal.goszakup.gov.kz and kgd.gov.kz

The functionality will be available for clients whose Documentolog EDS is updated to version 7.9.1 and above.

How the Documentolog platform fights against corruption

Often, corruption occurs in calls for tenders for state procurement. Because often their officials indirectly realize the schemes with the state allocators. Even if a business operates honestly, it can become a figurant in a raiding distribution — simply without notice.
