We have released an important update for the Documentolog Business service. Now interacting with Documentolog products has become even more convenient.
What’s new?
1. The interface and registration process for all users, including foreign companies, have been significantly improved. Documentolog Business now represents a unified global service for signing and exchanging electronic documents.
Today, Documentolog is a comprehensive ecosystem of digital products that address key tasks for both businesses and individuals. Thus, after registering in the system, you have access to all our digital services in one window: DG Personal, DG Business, DG Market, and CVHub.

2. The user authorization process in the Documentolog Authorization Center has been simplified: now, to log into any of our products, you only need your email address.
This will make it easier to switch between different Documentolog products with a single account. You can be part of multiple companies, collaborate on documents, sign and store personal documents, develop your digital career, and use our partners' services. More detailed information about our products can be found at this link.
If you previously used an electronic signature (ECP) to log in, please follow this link to update your information. For some users, logging in with ECP may be a more familiar option. However, after analyzing the identification process and signing services, we concluded that abandoning ECP login is technically justified.
Please note that the cancellation of ECP login does not affect the core functionality of signing using ECP and does not impact system operations, nor does it concern Documentolog Platform users.
What does this approach provide? In future updates, there will be an opportunity for multiple teams from one company to register and work independently of each other. Signing with ECP for one BIN will be available for all teams in the organization.
3. A new approach to document creation — upload a file, copy the link, and send it through any convenient channel: Telegram, WhatsApp, etc. You can also specify an email, and the system will automatically send your counterparty a link to the document. The document can be signed by multiple parties until the route is completed.
You can create a document from pre-created templates, such as outgoing letters, contracts, employment agreements, acts, invoices, and bills.

The advantage of exchanging in our products is the sending/receiving of documents through a directory of verified counterparties by BIN or name. To use this feature, each organization must undergo verification with the company’s ECP. This method ensures guaranteed delivery and tracking of the document processing status with the counterparty.
We hope that these changes will make your experience with Documentolog more convenient and efficient. For any questions, please contact Documentolog Support at this link.
