LLP "Beren": Automation of Performance Discipline Control in the Construction Sector

"The construction company LLP "Beren" has been implementing projects in civil and industrial construction since 2001. Over more than 20 years, the company has completed a large number of projects in the construction, reconstruction, and major repairs of healthcare, education, and preschool facilities, multi-story residential buildings, as well as in the construction of squares and park areas.

The new employees of the company recommended the management to switch to electronic document management on the Documentolog platform. Having worked for several years in other organizations, they gained positive experience with the Documentolog EDM. Based on their recommendations, the management considered and decided to work with Documentolog and transition from paper to electronic documentation.

Previously, the employees of LLP "Beren" attempted to transition to an online work format based on an existing CRM system, but they were unable to fully automate business processes and document signing.

As a result of implementing Documentolog, the overall document flow of the company was automated: working with incoming, outgoing, and internal documents, handling requests, and drafting orders and contracts. In other words, the company's main document-oriented activities were optimized and transitioned to a digital format.
