LLP "Ghalam" shares feedback on working with Documentolog EDS:

«The implementation of the Documentolog EDS at LLP «Ghalam» has enabled the organization of paperless document management and the automation of corporate document flow. The system will also significantly reduce labor costs associated with routine and mechanical document operations. It will enhance employee discipline, which in turn will increase the overall productivity of the organization. Specialists from the «Documentolog» company organized and conducted user training.

The implementation of the electronic document management system (hereinafter referred to as EDS) will allow:

In terms of quantitative indicators (quick return on investment in the system):

• Reduction of non-productive time associated with document processing (registration, distribution, time spent searching for documents, time for performing control operations on documents and assignments).
• Acceleration of information flows (time for document execution, forwarding documents between structural divisions, time for preparing standard documents, time for approving standard documents, acceleration of the average speed of information dissemination).
• Cost savings on resources and materials (reduction of expenses on office supplies, consumables, and storage costs for documents).

In terms of qualitative indicators (improvement of aspects in the internal and external activities of the company):

• Increased productivity of employees (a unified information space, working with documents from anywhere in the world, effective automated control over document execution, simplification of collaborative work processes).
• Risk reduction (documents are not lost, quickly approved and confirmed, delivered on time, management directives are executed promptly).
• Change in corporate culture (unification of management procedures, introduction of a single high standard of work, improvement in the quality of management decisions, closer integration of organizational structural divisions, consolidation of accumulated corporate knowledge, increased attractiveness for investments, enhanced employee loyalty).

Currently, the second stage of the implementation of Documentolog EDS is nearing completion. The license has been fully installed for 96 users. Additional training for LLP «Ghalam» employees on the new modules will be conducted after the integration of the full Documentolog EDS system.»
