As part of the integration of Documentolog EDMS with the E-otinish Information System, a new functionality has been launched for Documentolog users in the public sector, which ensures the redirection of requests from E-otinish to Documentolog's Cloud Document Management System (CDMS). The developed functionality is intended for cases where requests registered by government agencies in the E-otinish Information System are not considered in accordance with the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (APC RK) and, therefore, are not subject to consideration in the E-otinish Information System.

We have completed a new integration of Documentolog EDMS with the E-otinish Information System, which allows for the redirection of requests from individuals and legal entities to the Documentolog Cloud Document Management System (CDMS) for consideration. Currently, this functionality is available for users in the public sector.
The developed functionality is intended for cases where requests registered by government agencies in the E-otinish Information System are not considered in accordance with the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (APC RK) and, therefore, are not subject to consideration in the E-otinish Information System.
Now, Documentolog employees in government agencies can redirect such requests to the Documentolog CDMS. The redirected requests are fully processed in the Documentolog CDMS by responsible personnel.
This functionality allows for the elimination of duplicate work by government employees in reviewing and executing requests, reduces processing time, and ensures transparency throughout the process. The request is received from the E-otinish Information System into the Documentolog CDMS, where the responsible person reviews it, and the response to the request is sent directly to the applicant in the E-otinish Information System. For user convenience, all statuses related to the stages of consideration of redirected requests (such as "Delivered", "Registered/Rejected", "Sent to the executor for work", "Final decision made", and "Executed") are displayed in the E-otinish Information System, where responsible personnel and the applicant can track them.
We are also working on the possibility of redirecting requests from the E-otinish Information System for the quasi-public sector and private individuals to Documentolog's electronic document management services to enhance convenience for all users of Documentolog services. In the future, we also plan to implement the redirection of requests from the CDMS back to the E-otinish Information System.
