The developers at Newinttech have completed a project to expand the capabilities of the Documentolog CRM (Customer Relationship Management System).
The goal of the project was to increase the speed of customer interaction processes.
The enhanced version of the CRM system has improved the interaction process and the delineation of user rights (sales manager, lawyer, implementation manager, accountant, and others).
The entire progress and results of the project are concentrated in the "Sales" card for user convenience, specifically:
To view the entire history related to a specific client and sale, the user simply needs to navigate to the appropriate tab.
The ability to monitor accounts receivable for transactions has been added.
The process of sending marketing communications to clients has been improved, along with tracking the impact on clients.
Deadlines for document approval stages have been set according to the organization's regulations.
The solution allows for automatic email reminders regarding the status of document movement, deadlines for expiring documents, and other system reminders.

How the Documentolog platform fights against corruption
Often, corruption occurs in calls for tenders for state procurement. Because often their officials indirectly realize the schemes with the state allocators. Even if a business operates honestly, it can become a figurant in a raiding distribution — simply without notice.
