Sending documents via E-mail or SMS is now available in the Documentolog system
According to our clients, the issue lies in the fact that many counterparties do not use electronic document management services, which forces them to send documents on paper. Accepting this challenge, we have developed a feature that allows our clients to send documents electronically to any counterparties, even those who are not registered with electronic document management services.

According to the latest data analysis extracted from the Documentolog system, the share of paper usage in the external correspondence of our clients is 49%. This means that half of the outgoing documents are still sent by our clients in paper form.
Why is paper still used and why does its share remain high?
According to our clients, the problem lies in the fact that many counterparties do not use electronic document management services, which forces them to send documents on paper. They cannot influence them or switch to an electronic format of interaction.
Accepting this challenge, we have developed a feature that allows our clients to send documents electronically to any counterparties. Even to those who are not registered with electronic document management services.
The process is quite simple and understandable for everyone. When sending a document, it is enough to enter the E-mail address or phone number of the counterparty. The system will automatically send a link to the electronic document and an access code for viewing. By following the link, the counterparty will be able to view the content of the document, download it with an electronic signature, and sign it if necessary.
The feature was initially developed for users of the Doculite service, and starting from April 1, this capability has also been launched for users of the Documentolog system. Now you do not need to resort to paper carriers and wait for document delivery. Your counterparty can receive the document via their E-mail or as an SMS. The status of document receipt can be viewed directly in the system.
