The Registration of Expertise Acts for ST-KZ Certificates is Now Available Online in the Doculite Service

Documentolog specialists, in collaboration with the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, have launched a service for registering expert organizations and auditor-experts in the Doculite system.

Previously, the procedure for obtaining an ST-KZ certificate was carried out in two separate stages:

?The first stage - issuing the expertise act. For this, entrepreneurs would contact one of the expert organizations operating on a contractual basis. The expertise, along with the issuance of the act, was carried out within 2-5 working days from the moment of application registration with a complete set of documents.

?The second stage - the issuance of the certificate itself, which is carried out by the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Nur-Sultan in the doculite.kz system after receiving the expertise act.

Now these stages have been combined: entrepreneurs can initiate applications for ST-KZ certificates and contact expert organizations within the Doculite system. The procedure for issuing the Expertise Act has been automated and is also available in electronic form in the Doculite system.

The entire process of obtaining a certificate looks as follows:

1️⃣ The entrepreneur submits an application for an ST-KZ certificate in the Doculite system.

2️⃣ The application is automatically sent to the selected expert organization.

3️⃣ An auditor-expert is appointed to issue the Expertise Act.

The auditor-expert issues the Expertise Act in the Doculite system.

4️⃣ The entrepreneur signs the Expertise Act and the application for the certificate.

5️⃣ The application, along with the Act, is sent to the Atameken Chamber for review.

Thus, thanks to this service, the process of submitting an application and conducting expertise becomes completely transparent. Participants in the process can track the status of the application and receive a package of all necessary documents from a single resource.
