The largest national postal operator has evaluated the efficiency of electronic document management in HR. In 1.5 years, "Kazpost" has automated over 30 HR processes and about 150 subprocesses.

The results were immediate. After implementing the Documentolog system, the time wasted by employees has significantly decreased. There is no longer a need to walk around offices with applications to collect signatures, or to wait for managers in the office for approvals or document signing. All of this now happens electronically. Within 40 minutes after submission, the employee receives a response.
