  • A new preview feature has been implemented. This preview includes the following capabilities:
    • Show/hide the sidebar;
    • Search within the document;
    • Display the number of pages in the document, as well as the ability to jump to a specific page;
    • Zoom in/out of the document;
    • Full-screen mode;
    • Print;
    • Download the document;
    • Rotate the screen clockwise and counterclockwise;
    • Additional tools
  • The search in the «Structure» directory has been enhanced to include additional fields. In previous versions, it was only possible to search the structure by full name and position. This version includes the ability to add fields for searching within the structure;
  • The display of the employee's full name has been improved when switching to their position through the user menu (Virtual Position);
  • The addition of fields in the "Record" action has been refined, where fields that are subsequently added by clicking "Add Field" become inactive. In previous versions, if fields were added to the system action "Record", they could be selected again. In release 5.26, if a field is involved in the system actions "Record", it will be inactive during subsequent searches and selections;
  • In the system action "Condition", a hint is displayed if it is filled out. This enhancement is convenient when viewing system actions in document configurations, as there can be many conditions at certain points in the workflow, and to understand what each condition is for, it was necessary to open and read the condition's details. Now, hints can be left for each condition for easier searching and quick understanding;
  • The ability to customize notification text for the "File" module has been implemented;
  • The transfer of the system field {REGISTRATION NUMBER} has been implemented when performing the «Create New Version» action;
  • When performing the "Decision" action, it now becomes inactive if this action is performed with an electronic signature. In previous versions, the action remained active after being clicked, which misled users, allowing them to click the same action multiple times;
  • A «Super Administrator» account for the system has been implemented. To secure the settings of the current system configuration, a «super administrator account» has been created. Once this account is enabled in the system, all accounts in the «Administrators» group will have access to certain modules/settings of the system. The «Super Administrator» account has access to all modules and settings of the system;
  • Integration of the "File" module with document types has been implemented. This integration will facilitate users in creating documents with attachments from the "Files" module;
  • The ability to set the length of the name of the uploaded file in the «File» type field with a message output has been implemented. When integrating with the ESED (Unified Electronic Document Management System), there is a limit on the number of characters in file names;
  • In the "Preview" variable, a placeholder has been implemented if the file contains many pages, and the ability to view the entire file through a button has been implemented. In previous versions, if a file contained many pages, users had to wait for all pages to load in the preview. To avoid overloading the system and making users wait, a placeholder functionality has been implemented. This functionality works if the «Page-by-page display» option is turned off in the settings of the "Preview" variable. If the file contains many pages, the preview will show only 1 page of the file; to view the entire file, the «View Document in Full» button must be clicked;
  • A warning is displayed upon logging into the system about an expired license, and a banner «License Expired» is shown in the Main Menu area;
  • The ability to customize the preview template in HTML has been implemented;
  • In the "Preview" variable, the ability and settings for downloading/printing attachments have been implemented;
  • After performing an action in the MD, the last user view is remembered; if there are no documents in this view, a message «No Documents» is displayed in the document display area;
  • After deleting a document type from the system, if this type was included in the extended search settings, it will be removed from the extended search;
  • A parameter has been added to the system action «Record Replacement»
  • The ability to record the response result in the WS-client action to multiple fields has been implemented;
  • The ability to delete all rows from a "Table" type field through the record action in the current document, as well as in documents specified in the Document field type, has been implemented;
  • Implemented in the following modules: journals, directories, variables, toolbar;
  • Entry point numbering has been added in the BPM signal call;
  • The preview in the «Files» module has been aligned to look like in the manager's card;
  • The function of collapsing the list of readers and editors in the Files module has been implemented;
  • For easier searching and navigation in the «Work Progress» variable, action numbering has been added;
  • The hint information has been refined, and additional identifiers for the record action in the table field type have been implemented;
  • The functionality for comparing file versions has been implemented.
