New Module "Operational Risks" for JSC "Damu" Fund

Documentolog provides its clients with ready-made solutions on the Documentolog platform. However, there are also requests for the development of solutions on the platform tailored to specific client needs.

An example of such solutions is the new module «Operational Risks», which was developed for JSC «Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund» (hereinafter referred to as the «Damu Fund»). 

The Damu Fund has a complex organizational structure with thousands of employees across the country. Every day, the company implements numerous processes and procedures within various programs aimed at financing entrepreneurs. 

Therefore, it is necessary and important to control operational risks that arise due to negative factors such as deficiencies or errors by employees, external events, or system failures. 

What does the «Operational Risks» module represent? 

This solution allows for the automation of:

• Creating events regarding the possibility or occurrence of operational risks;
• Coordinating and planning measures to prevent/eliminate the occurrence of events;
• Conducting electronic surveys of risk coordinators of the Fund/evaluating operational risks;
• Forming, coordinating, and maintaining a register of operational risks by the Risk Management Department employees;
• Forming, coordinating, and maintaining a Risk Matrix;
• Maintaining and updating key risk indicators (KRI);
• Comparing planned and actual KRI indicators over specific periods;
• Generating reports on operational risk instruments.

Currently, 455 employees of the Fund are connected to the module.
