Now, when sending letters and documents in the KTSOED DOC24 system, it is possible to attach emails received from third parties to the attachment. No need to export, print, and send them by mail! Such correspondence is a kind of «transit correspondence» and becomes fully legitimate (reliable) thanks to the presence of an electronic signature in the attached emails!

The forwarding function is very convenient for holding structures and companies with a wide network of branches when consolidating overall reporting and forwarding electronic documents from subsidiaries, as well as for any company when interacting with government agencies.

No more need to send letters, reports, or other information from third parties in paper form, signing them «by hand». Thanks to the electronic correspondence function, this can be done «with one click», while still complying with legitimacy requirements.

First of all, we tested this function ourselves, simplifying the application process for connecting to electronic correspondence with government agencies.

Now, to start correspondence with government agencies, you do not need to submit an application «in person» to the necessary agency and track the status of the application through phone calls.

With integration with KTSOED, you can send an official letter in electronic form to our address through the service, requesting to connect your company to electronic correspondence with government agencies. We will forward the request to the appropriate agency, and you will be added to the «Regulatory and Reference Information» directory without long waiting times and financial costs.
