We have updated the EDS Documentolog to release   7.2

In the new release, we have strengthened information security measures.

We share with you the main innovations of release 7.2:

              1.  Information Security:

• Working under a single administrator account by multiple individuals in the same session simultaneously is prohibited. This will help track who is working under this account and what actions are being taken.
• All authorized sessions over time are displayed in the user profile.
• When creating a session, the user's data and the computer from which they logged in directly affect the session itself. This prevents the possibility of using a stolen session by intruders and their authorization in the EDS.    
• The user and administrator parts of the EDS have been separated. This separation maximally protects the system from the theft of the administrative account and changes to the system's metadata.
• To ensure additional security, mandatory two-factor authentication has been implemented for administrators and system users. Now the authorization functionality consists of two stages:

                      - Entering the username and password

                      - Entering a special code 

                2. Working in the system:

• A non-blocking session feature has been added.  When performing complex operations in the system, such as exporting documents or generating complex reports, multiple actions can be performed in parallel on other tabs.
• Filters in the document access log have been optimized. Quick search fields for documents have been created in the log.

               3. Working with file-based digital signatures:

• A message has been added for expired digital signatures indicating that the certificate has already expired.
• Additional verification of the digital signature owner.
• Verification of the company's BIN has been added.
