We share the broadcast from the 'Atameken Business' channel, where Madina Dusmagambetova, Deputy General Director for Development at Documentolog, answered the following questions:

1. How are entrepreneurs currently reacting to cloud services? Is there any rejection of working in the cloud, as there was five years ago?

2. Why are cloud services more convenient and simpler? How did this manifest during the pandemic and lockdown?

3. Are there any figures regarding the volume of paper processes and correspondence in Kazakhstan?

4. Has there been an increase in electronic transactions? What data can be provided as an example from the Documentolog system? Are there still paper processes in government organizations?

5. What challenges do Kazakhstani entrepreneurs face when transitioning their business from paper to electronic format? Are there any legislative restrictions?

Interesting figures from the interview:

According to our company, over the past 5 years, the number of clients using the cloud document management model has increased from 32% to 97% of clients. Since the pandemic began in March 2020, more than 5,500 companies have joined Documentolog's cloud document management. This is twice the figure from the previous year.

How the Documentolog platform fights against corruption

Often, corruption occurs in calls for tenders for state procurement. Because often their officials indirectly realize the schemes with the state allocators. Even if a business operates honestly, it can become a figurant in a raiding distribution — simply without notice.
