Personal Account Updated to Version 2.0.

Starting with this release, the Personal Account will gradually transition to the DMS. Clients will be able to submit requests through the Technical Support module in the DMS. 

The DMS Documentolog release, starting from version 7.8.4 and above, includes the following processes: Request Submission, Documentolog Academy Courses, Questionnaire, FAQ. These modules will be available from the first quarter of 2021.

Changes in the Documentolog User Personal Account:

 1. A template for importing the Case Nomenclature has been added when ordering the system.

2. If an automatically generated commercial proposal was created using an old version of the calculator, there is an option to recalculate it using the latest version of the calculator during editing.

3. For Russian companies, a field for "IIN" has been added instead of BIN. A "Currency" field has also been added, allowing the amount for additional services to be specified in rubles, and the deductions will also be made in rubles.

4. Categories of additional services have been added: Mobile Licenses, Document Type, Reports, License Increase.

5. Automatic generation of an Outgoing Letter regarding the expiration of the transport digital signature has been implemented. The letter will be created three times (30 days, 15 days, and 3 days before expiration). 

6. Estimated amounts for additional services for the "Cloud Document Management" project have been hidden. The amount is displayed only to the company administrator.

7. The automatic closure of requests for additional services has been extended by 1 month.

8. The acknowledgment window for the Offer has been removed in created systems.

9. The updated Offer and User Agreement are in effect.
