Continuing the series of interviews "Who is Behind Documentolog?" we introduce you to the Head of Customer Service and Support Department - Ayaz Zhakabaev.

Ayaz has been working in the field of customer service quality development and contact centers for over 10 years. He joined the Documentolog team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in implementing service standards and quality control tools. Under his leadership, the company has implemented tools such as CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) along with other significant projects.

In his interview, Ayaz talked about how he entered the service and contact center industry, what makes Documentolog's Support Service unique, and what has been done to improve the quality of service for our clients.
