Corporate clients of Sberbank can submit loan applications electronically via Doculite.kz

Sberbank has launched a service for document exchange and electronic signing of loan agreements, allowing clients to send an unlimited number of electronic documents to the Bank, including loan applications and servicing of current loans in electronic format. 

Managing Director V.V. Shemelin: 

"We have been collaborating with the Doculite.kz service since April 2020. During the most challenging periods of regional lockdowns, the service helped us continue providing services to our clients. We are not standing still, and together with the service, we have modernized the Bank's processes, which will allow us to expand the number of banking operations that we will transition to a 100% remote format for working with clients."

The service is implemented on the Doculite platform and is provided to the Bank's clients completely free of charge. 

?How to connect to the service?

1. Register on the Doculite service;

2. Go to the "Services" section;

3. Select the service of JSC "Sberbank" and click "Connect";

4. In the pop-up window, choose one of the 16 Bank branches for servicing and click the "Save" button. 

Immediately after connecting the service, you will be able to create the necessary document in the system and send it to the selected Sberbank branch in an electronic legally significant format. 

The process of creating and sending a document takes a few minutes. Thus, you will be able to make requests to the Bank, apply for loans, and correspond with the Bank without leaving your home.

The Doculite service is developed by Documentolog. The service allows for document exchange with counterparties, including government agencies, as well as signing contracts, exchanging acts, and invoices in an electronic legally significant format.
