Documentolog Company Presented Its Project at the First Meeting of the Council for Sustainable Development of Astana and the Astana Agglomeration

On February 8, the first meeting of the Council for Sustainable Development of Astana and the Astana Agglomeration took place at the Palace of Independence, attended by the Akim of the city, Aset Orentayevich Issekeshev, where the priorities and directions for the city's development were discussed, as well as the updating of the development program in terms of the practical implementation of the President's Address "Modernization 3.0".

Before the meeting, 14 priority projects aimed at improving the quality of life in the city were presented to the Akim, including the "Electronic Portal for Residents' Appeals of Astana Documentolog." The project was presented by the General Director of Documentolog LLP, Bayzhan Bolatbekovich Kanafin.

The goal of the project is to promptly address acute socially significant issues faced by the capital's residents, to create a mechanism for citizens to assess the effectiveness of government agencies, and to improve the interaction between the population and local authorities. The project will also ensure transparency and openness in the activities of the executive bodies of the city of Astana to enhance the level of trust among the capital's citizens.

Aset Orentayevich's main task is to establish a smart Astana within the framework of a global city and to do everything possible to eliminate bureaucracy, allowing residents to receive government services without any obstacles. All presented projects will be reviewed and implemented in stages according to the development plan of the city of Astana.
