Another automation for convenient document handling has been implemented by our specialists.
All companies face the following issues when issuing AVR in paper form:
♦️ Delayed signing of AVR and return of the second copy;
♦️ Violation of the deadline for issuing E-SF, established by the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, due to delays in returning AVR;
♦️ Risk of losing AVR (during delivery, in the office, etc.);
♦️ Long delivery time of AVR to the counterparty: from 7 to 20 working days;
♦️ Courier costs: on average about 30,000 to 50,000 tenge per month;
♦️ Risks of incurring fines for untimely issuance of E-SF, as the date of service signing may change by one of the counterparties.
To address the above issues, we have integrated Documentolog with the 1C system and since June 2020, we have transitioned to an electronic format for issuing AVR to our clients through the E-SF information system.
Thus, we ensure:
✅ Timely return of our AVR copies, signed by both parties;
✅ Timely signing of AVR;
✅ Timely issuance of E-SF;
✅ Timely payment;
✅ Elimination of the risk of losing AVR;
✅ Elimination of courier costs for sending paper AVR;
✅ Reduction of delivery times from 7-10 working days to 5 minutes;
✅ Reduction of approval and signing times of AVR from 5-10 working days to 1-2 working days;
✅ Elimination of the possibility of manually changing the signing date of the act, as the date is fixed in the E-SF information system upon signing the AVR.
Most importantly, now all our clients can also integrate with 1C (as part of additional services) and switch to electronic AVR, thus saving their time and costs. All details are available from our managers.

How the Documentolog platform fights against corruption
Often, corruption occurs in calls for tenders for state procurement. Because often their officials indirectly realize the schemes with the state allocators. Even if a business operates honestly, it can become a figurant in a raiding distribution — simply without notice.
