KCOED has been updated to version 1.16:
1. A new document type has been added – «Act of Completed Works», which has been integrated with the information system «Electronic Invoice»;
2. The solution «Doc24Pro» has been renamed to «Documentolog Lite», and the domain has been changed to doculite.kz;
3. A Doculite solution has been released, adapted to the needs of users in the Russian Federation under the domain doculite.ru;
4. Doculite: an internal simple digital signature has been implemented;
5. In contracts, the counterparty's reliability data based on information from pk.uchet.kz has been added;
6. When the reliability status of a counterparty changes, a notification is sent to the other counterparty of the contract;
7. Registration has been simplified: fields have been reduced; the full name and ID number of the registering employee are not required, fields are pulled from the digital signature;
8. An SMS notification about the receipt of funds according to the tariff has been added;
9. The ability to send invitations to multiple counterparties at once has been added;
10. A new document type «Order for Main Activities/Directive» has been added;
11. A new document type «Invoices» has been added;
12. Information about the free services for users has been added to the page and documents of «NPP Atameken Services»;
13. «Feedback/Suggestions» has been moved to the main menu in the System;
14. The removal of the value from the End Date field in the Contract has been fixed;
15. In the Contract, only those counterparties selected in the Counterparty field are displayed in the «Agreeing Counterparties» field;
16. A «Register Manually» button has been added after saving/creating a document, which allows specifying the registration number in the document types: outgoing, incoming, contract;
17. In registration, «Registration by Digital Signature» is active by default;
18. The ability to delete documents at the creation stage for Services has been added;
19. A Trash Bin for deleted documents by users, administrators/SP with the ability to restore has been added;
20. After registering an employee, the message includes the full name and contact phone number of the administrator of their company, who must confirm the employee's registration;
21. Instructions and videos on obtaining the service from NPP «Atameken» have been placed in the help section;
22. After the expiration of the Doculite tariff, access to the System remains for all users..
