KTSOED DOC24 Updated to Version 1.12

 KTSOED DOC24 has been updated to version 1.12

1. The ability to specify agreeing counterparties in the document type Contract has been implemented through settings in the EDS (management is only available from the EDS, in the Web version all parties agree to the Contract)  
2. The mandatory filling of the field "Contract No." in the Contract card has been disabled. The option to specify the value «N/A» has been added. The ability to enter the registration number of the Contract after all counterparties have signed from the EDS has been added. 
3. The field «Registration date» has been excluded from the fields to be signed in the Contract. 
4. Mandatory signing of the offer by the first manager or an employee with signing authority at the registering counterparty has been added for inclusion in the general list of counterparties available for document exchange with other KTSOED users. 
5. A «Remove Employee» button has been added for counterparties in the administrator panel. 
6. A separate cabinet for support service specialists has been developed with functionality: «Counterparties» module, removal of employees, assignment of rights to employees. 
7. Automatic increase of the number of users to 10 has been implemented when enabling the services «E-consent», «NPP certification» 
8. The parameter «Do not check BIN» has been added in the administrator panel to exclude counterparties with a branch network from the verification of the BIN in the digital signature against the BIN in the counterparty's profile.
