KCOED has been updated to version 1.17:

1.  Functionality for checking the reliability of counterparties has been added based on the following indicators:
    1.1.  Inactive enterprise;
    1.2.  Fake enterprise;
    1.3.  Reorganized in violation of the Tax Code;
    1.4.  Registration declared invalid;
    1.5.  Absent at the legal address;
    1.6.  Bankruptcy;
    1.7.  Tax and customs payment arrears;
    1.8.  Unreliable supplier of State Procurement;
    1.9.  Court cases mentioning the name of the enterprise.
2.  A "Reliability" section has been added to the User Profile with data on the reliability of their company. In case of a change in reliability status, a notification is sent to the company's users.
3.  In case of a change in the name, legal address, or the first leader of the counterparty, a notification is sent to other participants of the contract who have entered into an agreement with them.
4.  Approval of legal entity registrations has been transitioned to an automatic mode by verifying the data of legal entities with data from open sources.
5.  Doculite.kz: In the Contract, the Approvers field is not mandatory to fill out.
6.  Doculite.kz: Fixed an error with the contract arriving in the My Documents of the counterparty, which was not specified in the "Approving counterparties" field.
7.  Doculite.ru: After the tariff expires, the ability to create documents disappears, access to documents for all users is maintained for another 1 (one) month, after which user access is blocked, documents are saved until the next tariff.
8.  Doculite.ru – on the registration page, a parameter has been added with the text: "I agree with the Offer and have read the Privacy Policy and give my consent to the processing of personal data".
9.  Promotion for users of doculite.ru, doculite.kz "First 50 companies – 50% discount": when entering a promo code on the tariff purchase page, a 50% discount is provided on any doculite tariff, and the number of remaining tariffs for the Promotion is displayed.
10.  A document type Act of Completed Works has been created in the EDS and integrated with KCOED.
11.  A document type Invoice has been created in the EDS and integrated with KCOED.
12.  Requests from legal entities/individuals - fields Region, Postal Address, Mobile Phone have been added.
13.  The document type Power of Attorney has been merged with the Power of Attorney for the transfer of signature rights.
14.  The icon for downloading the file with marks about the electronic signature has been changed.
15.  Doc24 – a virtual guide has been added upon first entry, as well as the ability to choose to start working with the NPP Atameken service for electronic certification.
16.  Doc24 – the Approving counterparties field has been added in the contract to allow for the exclusion of counterparties from the contract approval process.
17.  On the main page of the doc24.kz website, the "Become a service operator" section has been hidden, and the "News" and "Doc24 in numbers" sections have been moved up.
18.  Videos and instructions for all KCOED solutions have been updated.
19.  Questions and answers on the website have been updated, and questions regarding the NPP Atameken service for electronic certification have been added.
20.  User warnings about the inability to insert marks about the electronic signature in the attached pdf file have been returned (insertion of electronic signature marks is possible for pdf formats with a text layer; in other cases, a separate page in pdf format with electronic signature marks is downloaded).
21.  A hint has been added in the file field about supported formats when uploading attachments, the maximum number of attachments, and the maximum size of 1 file in all document types.
22.  On the tariff purchase page, a warning about the free exchange of documents with certain counterparties has been added.
23.  In the accountants' cabinet, when adding the DocPremium tariff, the option to specify the expiration date of the tariff has been added.
24.  If the confirmation email is not received, a hint about possible reasons for not receiving the email has been added.
25.  On the registration/login page, hints about the mandatory fields are highlighted in red.
26.  An error in sending invitations to exchange with multiple counterparties has been fixed.
27.  Monitoring notifications for RabbitMQ queues have been added to the Telegram channel.
28.  A queue has been added that adds messages to the RabbitMQ queue if the RabbitMQ server has not been started.
29.  NPP Atameken service: 
    29.1.  In the CT-KZ application, a mandatory multiline text field for entering text has been provided in the "Recipient of goods" field.
    29.2.  In the CT-KZ application, the ability to fill out the "PRODUCT INFORMATION" table with an MS Excel format template has been added.
    29.3.  In the CT-KZ application, the ability to add rows in the table has been added in each row.
    29.4.  In the CT-KZ application, the ability to withdraw a submitted application has been added.
    29.5.  In the application for export certificates, the values in the "Type of application" field have been changed.
    29.6.  In the application for export certificates, the ability to fill out the "PRODUCT INFORMATION" table with an MS Excel format template has been added.
    29.7.  In the application for export certificates, the ability to add a new field in the table fields has been implemented.
    29.8.  In the application for export certificates, the ability to select multiple codes of HS and CP in the "PRODUCT INFORMATION" table has been added for one field.
    29.9.  In the application for export certificates, a restriction on the selection of the recipient/import country depending on the certificate form has been added.
    29.10.  In the application for export certificates, the ability to withdraw a submitted application has been added.
    29.11.  In the application for the industrial certificate, the ability to select from a list of several OKED codes has been added, the selected code is displayed as numbers.
    29.12.  In the application for the industrial certificate, the display of the service form requisites fields with the ability to edit them has been added.
    29.13.  In the application for the industrial certificate, a column "No." with automatic numbering has been added to the "INFORMATION ABOUT GOODS, WORKS, SERVICES" table.
    29.14.  In the application for the industrial certificate, the ability to select several codes from the ENSTR dictionary has been added in the "INFORMATION ABOUT GOODS, WORKS, SERVICES" table.
    29.15.  The application for the industrial certificate is submitted to NPP Atameken in pdf format.
    29.16.  In the industrial certificate, an error in not displaying the date in the printed form of the certificate has been fixed.
30.  E-Consent service: 
    30.1.  Notifications about errors in sending consent have been added to the Telegram channel;
    30.2.  The ability to send copies of letters to the IAAS JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" has been added;
    30.3.  User instructions have been added to the Help section.
