Founded in 2004, Kazatomprom-Demeu LLP is a subsidiary of JSC "NAC "Kazatomprom" and serves as its operator for managing social facilities and implementing social projects.
Kazatomprom-Demeu employs around two thousand specialists. Every day, the company processes thousands of documents of various types.
The organization's management has decided to automate internal business processes to optimize the work of company employees and improve their interaction processes. Our company has proposed the most optimal solution for achieving the set objectives through the following business solutions: Documentolog EDS, Documentolog HRM, and Documentolog Portal.
According to the terms of the contract, the implementation of the Documentolog platform will be completed within three months.
At Kazatomprom-Demeu LLP, we will carry out the following tasks:
- automation of standard document management;
- automation of HR business processes;
- automation of the corporate information management business process;
- consultation and training for users on the Client's side.
