Objectives of Implementation
Previously, the companies’ key processes were either paper-based or scattered across different resources. This created additional risks and slowed down operations. The main goal of introducing Documentolog is to transfer business processes into a unified digital “one-stop” environment, where employees can work with documents quickly and conveniently.

KASE has a complex and well-established internal procedural framework. Therefore, implementing the out-of-the-box Documentolog solution required adaptation to the specifics of the exchange and its clearing center. While this approach takes time for development and configuration, it ensures that employees’ familiar workflows are preserved as much as possible, while being enhanced with digital capabilities.
Results Achieved and Future Plans
To date, the Documentolog team, together with KASE and the Clearing Center, has already streamlined key processes for digitalization. Employees have received the first convenient tools for daily work without paper-based routines.
