KASE and the Clearing Center Choose Documentolog to Digitalize Business Processes

Objectives of Implementation

Previously, the companies’ key processes were either paper-based or scattered across different resources. This created additional risks and slowed down operations. The main goal of introducing Documentolog is to transfer business processes into a unified digital “one-stop” environment, where employees can work with documents quickly and conveniently.

The automation covers a wide range of areas:

• • operations of collegial management bodies,
• • HR document management,
• • and other processes previously carried out manually.

Challenges and Specifics

KASE has a complex and well-established internal procedural framework. Therefore, implementing the out-of-the-box Documentolog solution required adaptation to the specifics of the exchange and its clearing center. While this approach takes time for development and configuration, it ensures that employees’ familiar workflows are preserved as much as possible, while being enhanced with digital capabilities.

Results Achieved and Future Plans

To date, the Documentolog team, together with KASE and the Clearing Center, has already streamlined key processes for digitalization. Employees have received the first convenient tools for daily work without paper-based routines.

Further expansion is planned, including:

• • scaling up the automation of financial processes,
• • digitalization of collegial management meetings,
• • full transition of HR procedures to electronic format,
• • integration of new modules in line with the project roadmap.

Looking Ahead

The implementation of Documentolog within Kazakhstan’s leading financial infrastructure represents an important step toward full-scale digitalization of corporate governance.

KASE and the Clearing Center are setting an example for the entire financial sector of the country: the transition from paper-based document flow to intelligent automation is not only about efficiency, but also about transparency, faster decision-making, and improved employee convenience.
